Body in AISI 304 stainless steel sheet with water tight TIG welding on top and bottom. Smooth walls without cutting edges or interstices. Internal frame with 2 sections made of SS profiles and nylon fiberglass rails with stopping system. Rails gauge mm 116,5, with a maximum capacity of 10+10 ISO trays 100 mm h. Also suitable for the transport of other types of containers on wire shelf BLSFL4004. Double walled doors with opening and locking in open position at 270 °. Push closing device with hook on top and bottom. The truck is equipped with an silicone gasket all around the opening: door, bottom and lid. 2 vertical push-handles on each short side. Strong non-twisting bottom frame in AISI 304 stainless steel. PE buffer on bottom. 2 fixed and 2 swivelling wheels dia. 160 mm with super elastic grey rubber ring, balls-bearings with waterproof plastic protection and zinc plated housings.
Rails carrying capacity: 20 kg.
In case of washing tunnels it is recomended to add the option: wheels with stainless steel housings.
